Born from Industry Experience

ProcessorIQ wasn't built by outsiders looking in—it was created by mortgage professionals who understand the daily challenges of document processing firsthand. After years in the industry, we identified that the most time-consuming parts of mortgage processing were also the most repetitive and ripe for automation.

We designed ProcessorIQ to seamlessly integrate with how mortgage professionals already work: through email. No new portals to learn, no complicated software to install—just forward your documents and let our AI handle the rest.

Shane is the technical mind behind ProcessorIQ, developing the entire platform from the ground up. With a background in Java programming and years of self-employed entrepreneurship, Shane brings technical innovation and business acumen to the company.

Cody Prose

Head of Product & Domain Expert

Cody brings over four years of mortgage loan origination experience to ProcessorIQ. As the domain expert, he leads the AI prompting and prompt engineering that powers the system's automation, combining industry knowledge with innovative technology.

After years in the mortgage industry, the founders recognized the repetitive, time-consuming nature of document processing and saw an opportunity for AI to revolutionize the workflow.

In February 2025, development of ProcessorIQ began, with Shane handling the technical implementation and Cody guiding the product with industry expertise.

The initial beta launched with a small group of mortgage professionals, including account executives from wholesale lenders and processors, who provided valuable feedback to refine the product.
